Here we explore why our Hubgrade Essential and Hubgrade Assist packages can provide you with the data and insights to make informed decisions, optimise your processes and pre-empt potential issues. ** ## **Remote monitoring and improved efficiency** Real-time monitoring is the cornerstone of both Hubgrade Essential and Assist, enabling plant operators to monitor key performance indicators remotely via a custom dashboard, reducing the need for onsite inspections. With customisation capability, it is possible to monitor a wide variety of parameters and inputs, such as volumes of critical substances, water purity levels and chemical dosing.  What’s more, alarms can be set to provide notifications via email or SMS, should the technology detect any anomalies. This reduced the number of call outs for the engineering team but also ensured that no system errors were overlooked.  Hubgrade can also be utilised to improve asset efficiency through automatic reporting on system trends. These reports serve as a useful tool to identify areas where resources, such as chemicals or electricity, are not being used effectively or efficiently helping to identify potential for improvements.  ## **Compliance and reporting** For industries where proof of compliance is a necessity – such as pharmaceuticals – Hubgrade is able to streamline the process by automating data collection.
